Throughout his 20+ years of leadership and business development experience, including seven combat deployments with the US Army’s elite 75th Ranger Regiment, Mark has built a career on grit, adaptability, and delivering results in high-pressure environments. His transition from special operations to the private sector led to over a decade of success in business development, where he consistently drove multimillion-dollar revenue growth and built strong, trust-based partnerships across competitive industries.
Drawing on his experience leading high-performing teams, and his proven ability to connect with decision-makers, understand organizational needs, and deliver results, Mark brings a unique perspective to the world of leadership recruiting and coaching.
